wood elf confederation option don't show up when world tree become tier 3 in co-op multiplayer

since norsca update, confederation option only shows up on single player game...

i like playing campaign with my friend but stop to play it because of this bug

Same here. Coop wood elf confederation not showing up at all (in im head to head) after hitting lvl 3+ tree.

A number of Steam and Reddit threads stating the same since Norsca DLC.

Co-op Wood Elf factions at over 100 Positive relationships with 3 other Wood Elf factions have Oak of Ages to tier 3. Confederation is never an option despite having all other treaties signed. Everything from trade agreement to, military access to Military Alliance and tier 3 Oak of Ages. Confederation is not an option for me on Co-op have seen it on very hard on single player but Co-op is broken???????????

Co-op difficulty is very hard.....I have been able to get 3 vassals of Human factions, Paravon, Lyonese, and Hochland.
But there is no chance to get confederation with wood other wood elf factions. I am playing as Wood Elves, Orion Lord. Co-op Very hard. Friend is Dwarves and he can confederate easily.... Please fix this issue.

Same here my friend has no option to Confederate and he has all the requirements for it.

Any ETA ? At least confirm that it will be fixed please.

Well for us it's worst than a killjoy , we had to stop our head to head campaign as it was unfair for my friend no to be able to confederate

For the amount of money they charge for this game, and its DLC, they need to fix obvious, well known bugs like this. Horrible community support.

This makes Wood Elves in coop pretty much unplayable.
