heroes and lords bonuses on economy in Warhammer TW

Sorry, i've played a lot of time in TW , but still can't fully understand the mechanic of the game. Can't find it anywere:
How do heroes and lords influence on economy of your lands?
Will 2 lords standing on the same province with the same perks (positive and negative), items and companions influence on that province together ? what if they have different perks (positive and negative), items and companions? what will do deploying one of them in the town ?
Will heroes of the same type have influence on the province together? what if 1 or both of them will be deployed at that province? Will the same companions of lords/heroes influence on the province alltogether? What if unite all heroes in a lord's army, will all their effects (and effects of their items and companions) still influence on the economy of the province?

And so on...

you need to have the lord in a settlement for the economy / public order / chaos vampric reduction to take place, and yes it does stacks, so you have 4 lords whit gives more money, and you have a province like altdorf, you can make some serrious coin.

But lord gives bonuses for the economy / public order / chaos vampric reduction even if they r out of the settlement, whatsoever it is obvious that lord gives more public order when in settlement.
What about some heroes deployed in 1 army? will all there items/companions give bonuses to the economy of the province?
