Morathi cannot overcast pit of shades

Build number: Release version
Description: Im not sure what happened or what triggers it, but I could overcast it when I first got it. Suddenly it is slated in red letters(Under her "Battle effects" at the character details section) and I cannot find any followers or items that makes it do that.
Reproduction: Maybe it happened when I filled out her spell tree, but that is a guess.
Edit: Figured it out. Leveling pit of shades to max on the skill tree, removes the overcast version. This happens for Morathi and regular Sorceress. You will see the overcast version will be marked in red.
