Teclis - Khaine's Ring of Fury is the same spell as Fiery Convocation - intended or bug ?

I really expected a bit more here, after all Khaine's Ring of Fury is a unique ability of a legendary lord. And it just copies the same spell, namely Fiery Convocation, that any ordinary High Mage gets access to.

I hope that Khaine's will become a unique spell in some future patch, currently it seems like a lazy solution.
