[TW2] When I click host campaign I Crash

Hi, me and my friend both cant host a multiplayer campaign or join anyone elses. Everytime we do we crash. Things weve tried
Reinstalling
Verifying
Deleting data folder
Deleting warhammer 1
Running in both direct xs
Making sure everything updated
Disabling firewall
We cannot play multiplayer.
When joining games it says error incompatible versions
When hosting games it says error failed to host game
Please help. Thank you.
