Skarsnik's works fine and produces decent Waaagh!s of (appropriately!) all kinds of goblin units all over the tier spectrum.
Greenskins Waaagh!s however? Nothing but basic goblins and a mix of wolf rider/archers... every time.
Without fail.
In case you don't realize... when an Orc's Waaagh! only attracts lousy goblins? That's like... a shameful display.
