Political Party - Pacifist Trait permanent at -5 because of faction "slaves"

Hi,

I just want to let you now that the pacifist trait, which gives me -5 loyalty for each war I wage will always be -5 or more since everybody is at war with "slaves".

Would be nice if parties would ignore that, since I am not fighting any slave revolts.
