Prince Imrik ruler of the Kingdom of Caledor and one of the last of the line of Phoenix King Caledor the Conqueror. He is one of the few who can wake the dragons in times of need. Gone are the days when his followers rode into battle atop mighty fire drakes. No longer do the skies ring with the cries of dragons and the roar of their fiery breath. No longer do the caves rumble with their sounds nor the earth shake beneath their heavy tread.
In defence of his homeland, Imrik fights in the traditional manner using dragon.
Imrik rides the majestic dragon Minaithnir. They have a mutual bond between them – the last of the true Dragon Princes, and one of the last dragons. Minaithnir is fanatically loyal to his master.
Magic Items
Armour of Caledor - For well over four thousand years the masters of the house of Caledor have worn this armour in battle.
Dragonhorn - This war horn is made from the horn of an ancient dragon, gifted to Imrik's distant ancestors in elder days. The dying fire drake summoned all his remaining power to enchant his remaining unbroken horn as he lay bleeding in the aftermath of the Battle of the Glade of Tears
Star Lance - The tip of this weapon is forged from the heart of a fallen star. With a blade of such keenness no armour can protect Imrik's foes.

0 · Disagree AgreeSimply put Alarielle and Alith Anar are both much more unique in both visuals and gameplay, taht Imrik and Eltharion are gonna have to sit this one out.

0 · Disagree AgreeOne observation I'd make regarding starting locations is that it isn't really necessary for Imrik to start in Caledor. 8E fluff has him roaming around the world (seeking glory, basically) so, like Teclis, they could easily put him somewhere else to begin with.

1 · Disagree AgreeImrik is going to have Karl Franz syndrome where you could rename a generic lord and probably not notice the difference. Unlike Karl he's not a faction leader, so his inclusion isn't guaranteed. Compared to Alarielle, who's a caster LL with a support focus compared to Teclis' kill everything (and keeping in mind that Helves don't have a generic caster lord), or Alith Anar, who would come with Shadow Warriors and enable a vanguard/skirmish build, Imrik and Eltharion are lacking in what they would bring to the roster.

0 · Disagree AgreeImrik is simply far more known than for example Alith Anar or the other guy I don't even remember his name. Imrik is Dragon Prince for gods sake, if there's anything HE related that people remember at first glance it's dragons!

0 · Disagree AgreeAlith Anar has a model in 8th edition, shadow warriors missing, more unique role than Imrik (who is more like a generic prince, more varied starting position. Also i wouldn't say that Imrik is "far more known" than Alith Anar, rather the opposite. But hey, that's my humble opinion.
On the other hand i would really love if they added Imrik since i like the character, so i hope for both Alith and Imrik.
Lastly, nice thread OP!
