Clan Angrund is my favourite faction in Mortal Empires and I love going for Karak Eight Peaks and holding it in every campaign.
But i admit I havent read much fluff on the true lord of the eight peaks.
Does anyone know what books Belegar appears in?

I think he appears in the novel "Thorgrim" by David Guymer as a side character, and he may have his own e-shorts on the Black Library, though I'm not 100% sure about that.

1 · Disagree AgreeJust to double check, I read from the Thorgrim synopsis that Belegar has a wife and a kid? Is that true? There's no mention if them anywhere on the wikia or in game.

Every wrong is recorded. Every slight against us, page after page, ETCHED IN BLOOD!
Queek could smell their hatred, ratcheted to a degree that even he could not evoke in their simple hearts. He stepped over the old orange-fur’s body, eager to see for himself what it was they saw. But he heard it first.

1 · Disagree AgreeAlso how strong is Clan Angrund in that novel? Like do they have Hammerers, Quarrelers, Thunderers and so forth?
In game he starts with Rangers but dunno if that fits with the fluff.

0 · Disagree AgreeIf you are looking for some dwarf action, I recommend Queek's novel called "Headtaker". The story is more skaven focused, but the perspective is constantly shifting between the skaven of Clan Mors and the dwarfs of Karak Azul under King Kazador. It's a good read, showing both the complexity of skaven society and the determination and loyalty of the dwarf army.
Skarsnik and Belegar are only briefly mentioned in that novel, but there are still some dwarf warfare in it.

1 · Disagree AgreeI recommend Honourkeeper and Oathbreaker on my end. Good dwarven drama on both fronts.
