Two small and easy to Implement gameplay changes.

Hi everybody, i just wanted to propose two small and easy to implement changes that would enhance the gameplay experience.

1)6 slot minor settlements-I love CA's decision to make the province capitals into 8 and 10 slot settlements in WHII. This made settlements like Karaz-a-Karak or Altdorf more important and lore-friendly. I think that giving some of the minor settlements two additional building slots would introduce more variety to the campaign map and make playthroughs more interesting.

2)No need to buy all mounts
I personally hate the idea of spending two hard earned skill points on different mounts just to get my zombie dragon, carnosaur, mammoth etc. It would be a nice if all the mounts were just level capped without the necessity of acquiring the previous ones to unlock the strongest one available. This would free up additional skill points players could spend on enhancing their LL"s skills.

Not sure about the first, 3 buildings per minor settlement seems fine, considering there is not that much to build and building buffs such as two shrines of sigmar do not add up.

But i do agree with part 2, just seems silly that you have to buy the previous mounts in order to get the one you want, a simple level cap would be great.

If they are small and easy to implement, then they probably already exist as mods. Provincial capitals, for instance is already available for eight or ten or even more slots.

First, I believe faction capitals have more slots than regular provicnail capitals; I believe people were complaining how Black Crag and Everpeak had eight slots whereas Eight Peaks only had six, or something of that sort, because it's not a faction capital.
Second, this is neither small nor easy to implement, because the overall design of all factions' structures revolve around the current limitations. If you expand minor settlement slots, then Dwarfs get massively more powerful while other factions like Greenskins do not get such a big jump because the effectiveness of their structures are not as great by comparison. You'd first have to revamp the way structures work so that the power balance remains the same when you increase slot size.
This would be much easier to achieve if the game is still within its conceptual stage, but sadly it's well past product release date.

2)No need to buy all mounts

Given the way mounts work, which come with various drawbacks for going pegasus mount versus horse mount, I find myself agreeing.
The problem however is that some mounts seem straight up better, so a change like this would just make certain races' Lords much more powerful earlier than expected, because they can own your ass with their dragon mount without having to level up further to unlock them as they do now.
At least as-is, seeing a dragon mounted Lord stack indicates that army's a bit more badass than the usual foot slogging Lord. If everyone can easily get later mounts then you have the problem of horse mounts meaning nothing because it's useless by comparison, and the elite mounts themselves don't seem as elite because everyone can easily unlock them.
I'm fine if the level unlocks were a bit earlier, that way there's strategic decision as to whether to ramp up[ certain skill tree chains or suck it up and get that dragon mount earlier. With the current locks you're forced to do the first before you can do the second, and not because of player choice.
it would be a small and easy implement if you examine specific races' mounts and their availability, which of course requires you to focus on a specific races that actually feature numerous mounts. Dwarfs, for instance, have only like one mount (Anvil of Doom for Runelords) so this is hardly a relevant issue for them.

Corrected action is the most sincere form of apology.
