    What time is 3pm GMT(cet)?

Although, if you can manage it, I'll be quite impressed.

I will be there. If I am not dead asleep.

My guess is not until next week, they have four legendary lords to show off for Tomb Kings and ME Tomb Kings play to show and only 4 weekdays before release...

I only had time to tune into that last battle. I’ve seen Dogbert play a few battles previously and been impressed but that battle was absolutely savage. I thought, even with the units they had that it’d be a cake walk for the Dongleburt. But nae. Not noticing the dying Khatep until it was almost too late obviously didn’t help.

For your next stream, might I suggest increasing the microphone volume? When I had my headphones up enough to clearly hear what was being said, I shortly thereafter had to turn them down due to the adds being three times louder.

In terms of hard info, I'm not really sure if there was that much that hasn't been revealed before. I guess we can verify that the Hierotitan isn't just a support unit, but a melee monster as well.

Skeletons die very easily, but then they were fighting Sauruses, so it might seem more drastic than it actually is with orcs, humans, etc.

You earn very little, especially in Khatep's start. Treasure hunting and battlefield loot is going to be important.

You're gonna want to support your stack with an extra one if you can.

Aside from thaaat... Eh, I dunno. I didn't really get any surprises.

Tombkings seem like the new skaven...

The comparison being? That statement seemed like an old Chevy.

As in 80% junk units that is heavily depended on a few exceptional high tier units.

They are slightly better than skaven I would say cause they are immune to fear and don't rout.

Seems true enough, though with the TK it's just all their monsters while Skaven spread the love.

I guess we can verify that the Hierotitan isn't just a support unit, but a melee monster as well.

Along the vein of Hierotitan info, it was new info to me anyway, that spirit leech and burning gaze will be bound spells for it, no winds required. I know it had previously been classified as a magical support monster, but I wasn't sure exactly what that entailed.

Bound Spirit Leech specifically seems particularly good, as it means if the Hierotitan isn't dealt with, it will be able to kill off any enemy Lord over time, guaranteed.

Looks like Tretch is in Naggaroth anyway as they kept hinting about something other than dark elves and then he randomly offered them a non aggression pact.

Wait, do I understand it right that at 18:51, they say TK do not get post-battle loot drops at all, or just get fewer or only minor ones?

Think its a lot lower chance due to the crafting system. First battle 00:40:30 ish he gets a standard, these aren't in the crafting system.

The crafting system does let you make multiple copies of most of the items, makes getting your hands on the resources needed either by ownership or trade that bit more important.

Watching the video now, I see problems with how they were playing.

Why counter-charge at every attacking enemy unit? Of course it's going to be a pyrrhic victory: I only charge at something not attacking the unit I charge with or something way weaker. If the enemy unit is equal or stronger, do not counter-charge: maintain formation and take less losses. As basic units are not going to be doing most of the killing, they simply need to tie-up enemy units and hold the line.

The video also reminded me that I hate the shooting system in recent Total War games. Yeah, those Skeleton Archers are too slow to be skirmishers, but guess what? They are too inaccurate to be snipers too, but that is how every missile infantry unit shoots now, rapidly and without whole-unit coordination.

Here's something that made me wonder watching this stream (the uploaded version on youtube /watch?v=4VUXAiKfaxk ). When they showed the construction menu I noticed how the tier V buildings only give you +1 recruitment capacity for the recruitable constructs. Which looks quite interesting in my opinion. I mean when I build a dragon hatchery with the Dark Elves for 7000 (1000+2000+4000) and you recruit them for 2100 each, with a 525 upkeep, but with the dark elves you can more than manage 10K+ income and you can recruit as many dragons as many you want. However with the Tomb Kings' extremely low income you need to gather 10000 for basically every Warsphinx, Necrosphinx and Hierotitan.

I am not saying its unbalanced (is there even such thing as balance in SP?) but I just don't yet know how I am supposed to sack together that much for one unit (but thanks CA there is no upkeep and recruitment cost YAYY) with even army limit in play for them. I just starting to doubt in their effectiveness thats all.
