Something wrong with the Variant Editor

My Rome 2 variant editor is missing the "clothing" section and the only animations available is Reference, Idle, Walk and none of them work. The model is standing still. Without the clothing a lot of meshes load up without a body too. I have tried deleting all mods, deleting the Assembly Kit folder and reinstalling Rome 2. Nothing is working.
Please help.
