Tomb King Spell tooltip/browser

The tooltips and browser for the lore of nehekara could be improved a little bit. It tends to jump straight to the "enhanced version" of spells when mousing over them, and some of the spells (Most notably usirians incantation) are not very clear as to just what exactly they do.
