LipSync animation during general speeches are missing

I think the title speaks for it self, generals don't have facial animations during general speeches, which was one of the features in earlier patches.

Would be nice if this gets addressed in the upcoming update.

You can still get them working by switching the stats panel (on the left side of the UI) to a porthole panel - which shows the officer in charge of a selected unit - and then clicking on the general's unit before he makes the speech.

The facial animation he uses on the porthole will be transferred to his character in the actual battle.
