Solvedlaunched but get the black screen :(

Hello, I am having issue getting the game to load,

when I click the play button on thrones of Britannia, my screen goes black with a blue loading circle...then it crashes.

tried:

updating graphic drivers
ALt + Enter
uninstalled C++ and then reinstalled

any help

p.s. also tried to attach crash file but it keeps failing to upload

You need to compress/zip large files like crash dumps before you can upload them.

Hello, i have zip it up, here is the crash file.

I been told it might be my graphic card, geforce gt 730.

Hello, At the moment i have fixed the problem, talking to person from sega, we worked out it was directx problem, so i did the nuclear option...equals fix.
