User Info RequiredDiplomacy Crash-to-Desktop: Repeatable

While negotiating in the diplomacy window on a payment using the arrow keys (up, down, left, right) crashes the game to desktop. For example if you manually edit the value of 1000 gold to 1100 gold by moving to the hundreds place with the arrow it will trigger the crash.

Using backspace to remove the numerical values then typing the desired value does not cause the crash.

Anytime I've used the arrow key within the text box the crash-to-desktop occurs. (Occurs with all four directions).
