but game is installed

I have the same problem. However, there is no file for Thrones of Britannia in the AppData folder. I have been having this problem since I first installed the game. With thrones of Attila I was unable to get the launcher started so, on the advice of a fellow steam player, I deleted the launcher file in Attila and replaced it with a copied launcher file from Rome II, and that got it to work. When I was unable to launch Brittanina, I did the same to it, and though the launcher opens, the game does not appear on the launcher.
