SolvedGame won’t start

I haven’t been able to play the game since it came out. I go to my steam library, hit play, it says running, then says syncing for 1 second before going back to ready to play. I’ve tried all the solutions that have been posted, clean driver install, reinstall windows, reinstalling redists, installing redists from game folder and etc.

I’m really at wits end, it shouldn’t require this much effort to play my game. I’m going to be looking a refund soon since I can’t even play.
