SolvedTotal War Launcher stopped working

After a 3MB update via Steam this morning, I can't launch the Total War launcher any more. Error Message: Total War Launcher stopped working.
EDIT: preferences.script & DxDiag attached, modified.log is empty (0KB) and doesn't upload.

Would you be able to upgrade your graphics drivers as looking there is a newer driver update which you can find below for your graphics card:
