Servers are not working for more than 1 month!!! CA will you fix it or not???

Hello!
Shogun 2 players are getting empty server response once again in Avatar conquest. We can't have clan competition, can't get clan tokens and upgrade veteran units in the roster, can't see ladders cuz the screen will be stuck forever and Alt+F4 will be the only way to get out of it. It started Tuesday evening. Please CA fix this problem!!!

Yes, the problem is very unpleasant, because of this problem, all the fun of the best multiplayer game Total War is spoiled. Very many players complain about it, sad that such problems arise. Please correct this problem

Hi, I tried to log into multiplayer today and it said empty server response. Can we get a reply from CA?

What is more important in my opinion is that all new Shogun 2 buyers will be cheated by CA, there is no notification that servers are shut down on Steam store page of the game (and in fact they are), and that Avatar conquest mode is basically cut down to size, that it will be no tokens, no clans, no competition, no leaderboard, that if u upgrade your avatar in wrong way, the only way to fix that is to delete it and create a new one cuz there is no tokens to reset skill tree and etc. It's been 3 weeks since it happened, a lot of player comments, a lot of requests to Sega support with no result( they always pass it to "relevant department") and not a single comment from CA on the "Empty server response", not a single one. Here is the best customer service for you with tons of respect from the developers

This is such a shame, I stuck with Shogun2 for two reasons; love the theme, also loved the multiplayer structure of SH2 and what it had to offer in terms of progressing your avatar and what not.

I am simply not a fan of the Fantasy theme and the direction they went with WarHammer, hence why its the only title(s) I do not own from the TotalWar franchise. (not that I have a pc that would run WH anyway) but still more of a reason why this server glitch is frustrating to me.

I need my online avatar conquest mode back, otherwise, I have no interest in the franchise at all.

They better made a DLC for Shogun 2 rather than Rome 2.

That's what I told them back in 2015 : release a patch and make a DLC, a lot will buy and many players will return to the game to enjoy it once more. Even created a thread with list of changes for the patch - https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/165259/final-multiplayer-patch-or-possible-dlc-even-devs-pls-respond#latest. I was so frustrated they made 2 DLCs!!! for Rome 2 after 5 years since the release and not a single one for Shogun 2, their best game. Now with this issue right now I just fear CA wants Shogun 2 dead, it's mp at least.

And if you won't fix it, then make a notification at Steam Store page of the game which will say: Servers are shut down, buy the game at your own risk. For not cheating the potential buyers of the game. What you guys from CA are doing right now is spitting to Shogun 2 community face.

CA, you must fix this problem. You are offering an incomplete game to previous buyers and future buyers. You must do something about it, whether restore the servers or change the game mechanics to avoid the problem.

And still no response or fix, unbelievable, the fact that this is happening to the best TW game it's even more ironic too.
Basically CA's lazyness stole me and us months of multiplayer session in the game and possible comebacks of other players (I was in this category, a month prior May/April or whenever the error happened I was in my comeback and having good weeks of playing Shogun 2), and so clients and support for them because now one of their games is dying and it's not good for everyone them included like I said.
