Despite trying to find info on this I didn't see it until after it started. I got in and saw that the High Elf player lost Alarielle on his very first turn. I thought nasty thoughts about conspiracies and making the High elves look bad while I stuck around for another turn or two while the high elf player continued to get smashed.

It was truly sad. I stopped watching. How hard would it be to get players that can actually play? I just watched a tournament on youtube with competent players using all the new units from the dlc/flc and it was great. They really knew what they were doing.

It was called the "Everchosen Invitational by Turin". 10 times better than the laughing stock put on this morning.

I stopped watching after the RoR Custom Battle, Guy's a jovial young chap, but he's not a very good player, is he?

It passed an idle hour watching two mates have a bit of banter and playing a game, but informative it was not.

It was a fun stream.

Noone can accuse them of having the stream being run on a script. One of the best things with this game is anything can happen.

Kinda funny how salty Guy was. I wonder if he will being hearing about that at work for a long time.

It was shortly after that battle where one of them says 'that went on for 15 minutes and people say battles are too short'.

Battles are too short. The fact that two bad players going head-to-head rather than the Super-Micro-Bros AI, as the same race, fielding mostly shielded and armoured melee units with no artillery, no monsters, few cavalry and missiles and no magic....that lasting 15 minutes says everything about these two and little about the balance and design of the game.

Are these the same guys who did that stream where the recording had to be taken down because they were so unprofessional and obnoxious? Because it feels like it.
