Khatep "mortuary cult scholar" skill and lord trait has misleading descriptions.
Mortuary cult scholar skill description says that unlocks Liche priest recruitment in all your provinces but Tomb Kings able to already recruit Liche priests in all your provinces if you have enough hero cap. Because of their faction unique hero recruitment mechanic, it makes no sense to have this bonus.
Khatep lord trait about recruit rank +3 for Liche priests is misleading because doesn't specify if it's local recruitment or factionwide recruitment. İf you're able to make it clear what the description means just a little bit is gonna help make it understandable.
a change like this is enough, look at the example:
