In ProgressRandom crash on building menu close

It's random crash, sometimes it occurs 10 times on a hour, sometimes no. So my saves doesn't help you.

When I open building menu(right click on buildings in town) and then close it I will get mini freeze and crash.
I have few mods, but this bug also was on vanilla.

Maybe you can check mdmp files and give me some info.
