When AI declares War to the player and have allies, their allies never join the war

On top of that all allies of the player always acept to go to war against the AI, also when the AI declares war to the player then ask for peace????? Game breaking bugs this bugs have been here forever plz fix this it ruins the fun and the chalenge.
