Walled Syracuse - Maybe capital of Magna Graecia ?

I know this is an old request, but maybe Syracuse should be the capital of Magna Graecia instead of the other roman city (I forgot his name). It would be good to be able to build Syracuse uniqu building in... Syracuse ! Plus, Syracuse was the most important city of this province at that time, and one of the biggest greek city of the world. It would make Syracuse run more intresting for sure !

    I totally support this idea.
The same should apply to Jerusalem. Jerusalem should get walls instead of Petra.

Thank you for the suggestion, we'll consider it for any possible future updates as we are limited in time.

If that's the case I will get rid of one of the cities on the coast in Thracian Province and put Byzantium in. Maybe extended map into the steppes little bit more & used the Nordic territories. More diplomatic options to give away territories or destroy them without taking them.

How about we split Magna Graecia into two provinces... leave Sicilia as Sicilia and make Syracuse the capital? Naples can have whatever name.

The Imperator Augustus map would fix those issues...

The problem with that is that some people enjoy the earlier era. In said era, Syracuse was a walled city, too.

I believe he means taking the IA campaign map and just transposing the GC factions onto it

Totally supported. Syracuse along with Jerusalem, Rhodes, Numantia, Lilybaeum, Apollonia, Larissa, Thuspa (and not sure about Pergamon) are some historical examples. I know that only provincial capitals could have walls, but it would be great if we could construct walls in minor settlements... Maybe it could be done through an extra slot (something like port slots in coastal settlements for example...)
