Total war rome 2 crash

Hello, I have a big problem with my TWR2, every time I run the game it displays a black screen for a few seconds and crash without any message. I find the crash files in C: \\ Steam \ SteamApps \ Common \ Total War Rome II, the latest is called rome2_17561_crash_2018_6_21T14_16_21C0, hope you have solutions thanks.
