Got the Status Quo acheivement as Syracuase

Got a military victory as Syracuase in the HaTG but I also at the same time I got the Status Quo acheivement.

"As Rome or Carthage, choose not to establish an empire following a civil war"

I wasn't in a cavil war either

    Hi again @hernethehunter :)

    The conditions to receive the Status Quo achievements were changed after we modified the Political system of Rome II with the Empire Divided campaign pack.
    Currently you should receive Status Que if you manage to win a campaign without having faced a secession or a Civil war.
    Unfortunately the description for the achievement has not been updated on the Steam page yet, this should happen upon the official release of Rise of the Republic :)
