Help needed with Napoleon: Total War 3 mod.

Okay, so I have just installed the NTW3 7.6 mod for Napoleon TW and I got it up and running fine. I then went on to try and play a single player battle against the AI, but then when it got into the Army setup the screen just changed to a like ghost grey colour (I can still see the army setup) and it got stuck, the music was still playing, but I could not click nor do anything.
Any of you lot know how to fix this problem?
