Why is it that factions can join wars against my vassals without the overlord being asked to join? In this case I was playing Rome and my vassal was at war with Libya which was joined by Chartage. When a faction becomes a vassal all current wars should be ended that the vassal currently is in. Also if the overlord asks them to join a war that should accept or war should be declared on their overlord.

Another annoying thing is all the diplomatic requests done by the AI each turn. If I said NO to a certain request they should at least not ask the same thing for 4 - 8 turns. Currently the same request is appearing almost every turn.

They might be in a very, very tight spot and are desperate for help from a stronger faction. In this case, you.

They where Next turn no more numandia... Anyway really hope that they will improve upon the whole vassal system. Feels empty currently.

Client states retain a certain level of independence unlike satrapies that are more obedient and will declare wars or makr prace whenever their overlord does.

As for the constant diplomatic offers, it is rather annoying but we'll have to address that in a possible future update. Thank you.
