Number count in unit bug or other?

I am relatively new to T.O.B loving the game so far but I have noticed that my unit count is at 120 at not 160 like I have seen before in other gameplay. I looked online for answers and saw you have to change unit size to ULTRA to upgrade the unit count. So i went in game and changed it from large to ultra and went back to my campaign and the unit count was still 120, is this a bug or do i have to restart the campaign and make sure my graphic settings are correct before I begin a new campaign??

You have to begin a new campaign to have 160 units. The settings are only applied once, when you generate the campaign.
