Enemy AI troops disenganges the fight, needs urgent FIX!

After the new patch the AI troops are disengaging combat after a while no matter if they are wining or losing, I guess with the initial idea to reorder them again behind their lines, but in the practice in most cases this is not useful and they have so many losses that ruins all the battles. Please CA solve this soon.
