Trade tech tree bug

Description:
The first level of Trade tech is locked until "Upgrade within the MARKET HALL or LONGPHORT chains, or conquer a region with the highest level building in one of these chains."

After conquering the province of Mana, with a max level 'Great Longphort' already existing in the settlement, the trade tech tree is still locked.

Same problem here. I am playing as Sudreyar and by now I have a Great Longphort AND a Market Hall (via conquest) and the tech branch doesn't unlock. The problem wasn't there before the Allegiance Update.
