    the reason I prefer LOTR over warhammer fantasy and 40k

    Really, Empire ROR sucks hard, and you dont need them to win games. DE got ROR in 2h inf unit and Halberd. Wh2 faction are above game 1. And unitl dlc for skaven-liz, those two will be below DE, HE and on pari with Old wolrd weaklings.
