Coop Campaign with Alarielle and Tyrion - Alarielle doesn't get events

Happened tonight. Friend was playing as Tyrion and I selected Alarielle. After awhile I asked him how to get influence points and he said he already had about 5 or 6 events.
Noticed an issue like this happened a long time ago when playing similar races. Don't know if it ever got reported.
