[ Major Bug ] shadows gotten worse

please fix it , this game always had some kind of weird problem with flickering shadows, but now its just got insane
i started same thread in "support" section, so if its violate some forum rules im sorry but i just want to get some attention for this bug, but from what i can tell a lot of bugs are getting ignored
my gear:
GTX 1070
16 GB RAM
intel core i7-4820k
win 7
