I can not change language in the game! PLEASE HELP

I'd like to play with DEI (I'm new there) so I'm tryng to play the game in english. I have downloaded english language from the library (1,20GB!) but I see only the launcher in english, the game is still in italian. WHY???
I've tried 2-3 times.
