Pankration Gloves Not Working

The household apparel item "Pankration Gloves" are not providing the +3 exp to infantry unit recruits. This seems to happen only in single player Grand Campaign as when I played a online multiplayer campaign with a friend the +3 exp was working correctly. It affects every faction for I have tried playing as other factions, but still have the same issue. Please look into and fix this issue. The +3 exp is a godsend item especially when playing as the Roman factions early game.

I can confirm this. However the Pankration Gloves seemed to work in The Last Roman DLC (Played as Belisarius).
