Could you please make the Generic Slann more Viable?

Right now there is little reason to take one, as he also starts off at level 1, and will never have access to a mount.

This could be easily fixed by giving him 5-10 bonus starting skill points, in exchange for increasing his summon Rite’s cooldown to 15 seconds. And similar to Lord Kroak, give him decent starting items like the Bloodstatue of spite.

These 2 changes would make it worth to take him, and if you really wanted to make them unique: you could give them a late game Passive Skill which reduces the Magic Cost of all their spells by -2.

These are strong buffs, but please keep in mind that the Slan are A: supposed to be ancient and experienced B: they are the supreme leaders of the Lizardmen and lorewise should have powerful artifacts C: They are supposed to be the strongest Magic users in the Warhammer world. These 3 suggested changes would fix that.
