Vampire Coast: Pirate cove, bugged interaction with Ulthuan.

Hello, as the Vampire Coast, shortly after creating a pirate cove on Lothern, both Alarielle and Tyrion have declared war on me. I believe they are considering my pirate cove to be "occupied territory" thus triggering their behavior where they try to purge all non-elves from Ulthuan.
