Mod to allow AI to compete in Eye of the vortex - Head to Head

I've tried frantic googling to no avail
I really enjoy the eye of the vortex campaign, however when playing it in head to head. Only competing against the other player feels underwhelming with the campaign objective (Vortex Ritual), it just makes the AI factions feel less impactful as opposed to playing Mortal empires where all the factions fell like a possible threat
Is there a mod that allows AI to compete in the Eye of the Vortex campaign objective in Head to Head?
This is not including Tomb Kings or Vampire Coast
