Model/screen tearing during battles

Detailed description: During battles, no matter the army, the units begin to tear and glitch and their models begin to stretch across the screen. This seems to happen more when they're moving and even more when they're fighting, but not so much when they're standing still.

Reproduction Steps:
-Pick an army
-Load into a battle
-Launch a battle
-Move them and engage in combat

Details of any solutions that have already been attempted: I tried keeping all mods off, some mods off, changing the unit detail from high to ultra and down to medium, turning on and off Vsync and alt-tabbing, and my graphics driver is up to date.
