Fresh Install - Black Screen Flash/Freeze following by crash
My game is crashing during the first battle right at the beginning of the game. It begins by freezing/flashing a black screen. After about a minute I get a full crash. A notification pops up on my desktop saying "application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware."
Have tried multiple fixes found in these threads including:
Reinstalling
Verifying game cache
Uninstalling geforce experience
Clean install of graphics drivers

No mods are in use, running 1440p windowed

16gb ram
