Crash and DRM Fail on Campaign or Battle Start

Detailed description: When selecting new campaign or new battle, game begins to load, and before the load bar is halfway across the screen, a box pops up that says "DRM Fail," the game will no longer load, and the game will crash to desktop with no message when the "OK" is clicked.

- Start new campaign game or new battle from menu.

Details of any solutions that have already been attempted: I have reinstalled the game four times at this point, rebooted computer, updated NVIDIA drivers to latest set, and closed all

Please attach .minidump, .save (multiplayer saves from both host and client if it occurs during multiplayer), DxDiag and modified.log files

There is no minidump file present. I've attached DxDiag, Preferences.script, and Modified.log.

Edit: If it matters, this was a pre-order purchase through steam made last week.

Is anyone out there? This is completely preventing me from playing the game. The lack of any acknowledgement or update is frustrating.

I had to nuke the site from orbit. Reformat and reinstall windows managed to do the trick.

it is just a hunch but, İ think memory problems cause this.I need to run some tests in order to confirm it. did you had any memory problems prior to ''DRM FAIL''
