Turns per year, aging and modding support

Hello,

I've created a topic that mentioned a checkbox option to turn aging on/off for the romance mode in particular, which is located here.

Those who are interested in what was in the discussion can check it, however my question is:

Are we able to adjust the amount of turns that it takes for a year to pass just like with Total War: Rome 2 in a game text file?

And if not, do we have any estimates for modding support on Steam Workshop to arrive?

I dont know of any estimate but would not be suprised if its within a few months time. The reason they gave was because the risk is that so many players repport mod buggs early on making it much harder to fix the early launch issues for them. Any dates is anyones but CA:s guess I suppose.

This is so dumb , I just want to change my turn per year , It is damn awful and stupid to see all my general die of old age ,

Who the f design this anyway,

Eventually they do, but they have much longer lifespans, so they'll hang around a lot longer. And Legendary character have a "resilience" mechanic that helps them to be more survivable in campaign, so they don't die in some random skirmish.
