Is it possible to switch to the korean dubbing in America?

As a korean, I'd prefer the ability to switch over to the korean dubbing over the chinese dubbing, but I don't see that option anywhere. Is this a possiblity?

I think you can change it if you go to your steam library, right click on the game and go to "properties"

As mentioned, Steam/Properties/Language. Open the Drop-down tab and select Korean.

Sorry, I should've clarified. I'm talking about ONLY the voiceovers, not the text itself. Is that possible? I know that in the local files, the game includes certain .pack and .txt files based on the language, would changing out say some of the english voice files but not the text files do the trick?

I went to property-> language but the only choice is English. How do I get other languages?
[Edit] Never mind, they showed up right after I posted this comment
