Graphics Bug with Map: Siege of Youbeiping, Trade Port

Reproduction Steps:
1) Go to main menu
2) Go to custom battles
3) Choose any army
4) Load up the Siege of Youbeiping, Trade Port resource map.
5) Start custom battle
This is just a graphics bug. The ships are floating in the air when they should be in the water.
