User Info RequiredTotal war three kingdom not able to start properly

Hello,
After launching the game from launcher, the game window pop up (window with game logo and sponsor logo as well as some text), but after a while it turns "not responding". I have tired different thing (reinstall stream, reinstall game.. update my drivers) still does not work. Please help

Can you give support?

I can't install the preference script because |'dont get a three kingdoms map. I get a Warhammer map. After a fresh install and deleting the roaming maps. Why is that?
