Huang Shao Legendary Characters Bug

Is anyone else having issues with legendary characters losing the "legendary" tag and abilities when playing as Huang Shao or any other the other yellow turbans. A turn after I have recruited the character they lose the legendary status, I have tried reloading but this seems to be a persistent issue.

ive not had that happen but upon reaching level 5 have had characters lose legendary status even though stats are over 100

A lot of generic characters lose their resiliance at lvl 5 after gaining it at lvl 4. I know that some people have posted in under problems/bugs so CA can look into it
