Shader Model 5 Support

So I usually use Shader Model 5 in graphic settings for Rome 2. I installed all available DLC on Steam. It was fine before. But when I tried it today, 30 Jun 2019, after weeks of never playing it and perhaps multiple updates from Rome 2 itself, the Campaign map shows flikers all over the land. It was solved by changing the Shader Model to Shader Model 3. But the question is, why does it no longer support Shader Model 5?

Btw, I'm using Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate Edition, CPU Core i7 7700K, 32GB DDR4, MSI nVidia 1070 GTX SLI-enabled (2 cards). So when will Rome 2 support Shader Model 5 again?
