[Battle] Unbearable fps drops related to the cursor

My fps drops by half just from hovering over an enemy. How is it possible that a cursor is the most fps demanding thing in this game?

Same with me, but it started after I put it on windowed mode, so I could see the cursor during battles.
Now I have the cursor animation, but a MASSIVE fps drop during battles (cuz u have to hover the cursor over the enemy).

Dunno whats worst, no cursor during battles (for 3 to 5 secs after issuing an atk command) or massive fps drop during battles
